another Insomnia night

as the title....
its another terrible insomnia night....
dont noe why i juzt cant sleep well....
god... pls help me.....
last night.... i sleep at bed... then cant fall asleep...
later on.... move to the floor....
same result.... oso cant fall in sleep....
lastly.... i sleep at the living room....
i carry my pillow and sheet....
off to the sofa and try to sleep...
finally.... i fall asleep bout 4 in the morning....
man.... really suffered....
yee mei....
any suggestion can give me？？？？
i'm so dead meet of sleep....
